These terms cover your use of the SDL AI Studio website, and downloading and using SDL AI Studio. By using this site or downloading the application, you agree to them.

The website and the download

The website offers SDL AI Studio as a free download, with an optional one-time Pro purchase paid through GCash inside the app. Downloading and using the Free tier does not create an account and does not obligate you to buy anything. We may change the product, its features, and its plans over time.

Acceptable use

Please use the site normally and do not attempt to disrupt it or submit false information through any contact channel. We may take action against use that looks automated or abusive.

The product itself

SDL AI Studio is a local-first application that runs on your own computer. Its use is covered by its own license terms, which are provided with the product.

Pricing and payment

Our current plan is a free tier and a Pro tier. Pro is a one-time purchase of ₱1,499 covering up to 2 of your own devices, with a commercial-use license, rather than a recurring subscription. Payment is handled through GCash. Pricing, features, and this payment process may change over time, and we will keep this page up to date if they do.

No warranty

This website and the SDL AI Studio application are provided as is, without warranties. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or the application.
