What they are

AI Employees are ready-made roles, each with a name, an icon, and a carefully written system prompt. Pick the Researcher and the assistant leans into finding and checking sources. Pick the Developer and it writes and reviews code. There is a Copywriter, a Business Analyst, a Data Scientist, and more.

Why roles beat one generic bot

You skip the setup. The role already knows how it should behave.
Answers get more consistent, because the same role gives the same kind of help every time.
New users are productive in seconds instead of staring at an empty prompt.

They are reusable roles, not autonomous agents. You are still in control of every message. Think of them as good defaults you can start from and adjust.
